FBM Lab Konsult AB (559081-8281), hereinafter referred to as "FBMLab", offers blood tests to individuals and businesses. These general terms and conditions, hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions", apply between FBMLab and the client, hereinafter referred to as the "Client" or "End User", who enters into an agreement "Agreement" or "service" with FBMLab.

General

To use our services, you must be over 18 years of age. The results from our analyses should not be used for self-diagnosis or as a definitive indicator of your health. It is important to remember that it is not possible to determine whether you are healthy or ill solely based on a blood test. Our analyses are intended to provide additional information about your health and should be used in conjunction with advice from qualified medical experts as a complement and not as a substitute for traditional healthcare. If you feel you may need medical care or need to see a doctor, you should seek healthcare. At FBMLab, we work closely with our partner NEM Health (Nordic Executive Medicine), where you can consult a doctor or turn to for medical assistance.

Agreement

The Agreement is entered into when the client accepts these Terms and Conditions when they order one or more of the services via the website FBMLab.se. By this purchase, the Client accepts the Terms and Conditions.

Contact Information

The Client and End User are responsible for ensuring that the contact information provided at the time of entering into the Agreement is correct, and undertake to promptly update their contact information with FBMLab in case of any changes during the agreement period. Changes should be notified to kontakt@fbmlab.se.

Prices

FBMLab reserves the right to change the scope, price, and execution of the service.

Payment and Fees

Prices for the services are shown at the time of service purchase on the website. By ordering the service, the client commits to paying for the service through the current payment method described on the website. FBMLab reserves the right to charge any additional costs and/or surcharges.

Right of Withdrawal

The End User has the right to withdraw from the agreement (right of withdrawal) in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act within 14 days from the purchase date. However, the right of withdrawal ceases to apply once the End User completes and submits their digital health declaration. By submitting the health declaration, a personal e-referral is created. By submitting the health declaration, the End User expressly consents to the service (creation of the e-referral) being initiated and completed, thereby accepting that the right of withdrawal ceases. The e-referral is then valid for three (3) months. If sampling does not occur within this time, the referral and purchase lapse. Refunds are not issued for a referral that has expired.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership, copyright, and all other rights to FBMLab's brand, company, service design, and other documents used and/or provided by FBMLab belong to FBMLab. FBMLab thus reserves the exclusive right to use this material and simultaneously prohibits all copying, modification, transfer, and/or other use of this information and these documents.

Development and Changes to Terms

FBMLab reserves the right to make changes to the services, including but not limited to, layout, functionality, and content. FBMLab also reserves the right to make price changes and correct any errors in service information. FBMLab has the right to amend the Terms and Conditions. Changes shall be presented on the FBMLab website. The End User is responsible for staying informed about any such changes.

Complaints

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact support at kontakt@fbmlab.se. If samples have been damaged or otherwise rendered unusable, you will receive a new test as compensation.
