The client may also independently share their individual health data with FBMLab's partners NEM Health. FBMLab does not share personal data with third parties without having a data processing agreement and/or specific consent from the client.

FBMLab retains your personal data as a client as long as needed to fulfill our commitment or when necessary to achieve the purposes described in the specific agreement or this Privacy Policy.
