FBM Lab Konsult AB (559081-8281) below referred to as "FBMLab" offers blood tests to private individuals and companies. These general terms and conditions, hereinafter referred to as the "General Terms and Conditions" apply between FBMLab and the client, hereinafter referred to as the "Client" or "End User" who enters into an agreement "the Agreement" or the "service" with FBMLab.

 

Generally

In order to use our services, you must be over 18 years of age. The results of our analyzes should not be used for self-diagnosis or as a definitive indicator of your health. It is important to remember that it is not possible to determine whether you are healthy or ill just by a blood test. Our tests are only intended to provide additional information about your health and should be used in conjunction with the advice of qualified medical experts as a supplement and not as a substitute for traditional healthcare. If you feel that you may be in need of medical care or to see a doctor, you must seek medical care. We at FBMLab work closely with our partner NEM Health (Nordic Executive Medicine) where you can consult a doctor or turn to us if you wish to receive medical help. 

 

Contract signing

The agreement is entered into by the client accepting these General Terms and Conditions when he orders and books one or more of the services via the website FBMLab.se. Through this purchase, the Client accepts the General Terms and Conditions.

 

Contact details

The Client and End User are responsible for the correctness of the contact information provided at the conclusion of the Agreement, and undertake to immediately update their contact information with FBMLab in the event of changes during the Agreement. Changes must be notified to kontakt@fbmlab.se.

Prices

Prices for our services aimed at private individuals are in Swedish kronor and include VAT. 

 

Payment and fees

Prices for the services are stated when purchasing the service. An initial consultation call is free of charge and then the client decides if they want to continue with the service. In connection with booking sampling, the client undertakes to pay for the service using the current payment method described on the website (For e-invoices, the payment period is 30 days). Any variable fees and/or supplements FBMLab has the right to charge in addition.

 

Cancellation

End users have the right to cancel the meeting free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked consultation call and 48 hours before the booked physical meeting (sampling before analysis of samples). If cancellation takes place as above, any payment made must be refunded within 20 days. In case of cancellation from the End User's side later than what is stated above in this paragraph, the Customer is still liable for payment and waives the right to any refund.

 

Immaterial rights

Ownership, copyright and all other rights to FBMLab's brand, firm, service design and other documents used and/or provided by FBMLab belong to FBMLab. FBMLab thus reserves the exclusive right to use this material and at the same time prohibits any copying, modification, transfer and/or other use of this information and these documents.

 

Development and changes to terms

FBMLab reserves the right to make changes to the services, for example, but not limited to, layout, functionality and content. FBMLab also reserves the right to price changes and also for any errors in the service information. FBMLab has the right to change the General Terms and Conditions. Changes must be presented on the FBMLab website. End users are responsible for keeping up to date on any changes herein. 

 

Complaint

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact support at kontakt@fbmlab.se. If the samples have been damaged or otherwise become unusable, you will receive a new test as compensation.
